Our 30-day promise
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You may return most items within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to return
- Email support@panwestgoods.store with your order number and what you’d like to do.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method
within 3–5 business days.
The details
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened bath & body items can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged.
- Arrived damaged or defective? Send a photo and we’ll replace it right away, no return needed.
