We stand behind everything we sell. If a Panwest Goods Co. product fails through a defect in materials or
workmanship under normal home use, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund it.
- Coverage: Manufacturing and material defects for 12 months from delivery.
- Not covered: Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse. Natural materials like wood,
stone, linen and copper vary and change over time — that’s part of their character, not a defect.
To make a claim, email support@panwestgoods.store with your order number and a photo. We keep it
simple.
